central location easy access friendly staff members warm atmosphere
The location was convenient as it allowed easy access to both Victoria Station and Pimlico station. The ease of getting around was great. Staff members were friendly and helpful. They enhanced my stay. The hotel provided a warm atmosphere.
There was no elevator which required climbing stairs.

effective curtain efficient air-conditioning helpful direction excellent pastry
the blackout curtains were effective and i enjoyed undisturbed sleep the air conditioning worked efficiently maintaining a comfortable temperature the reception staff directed me to a nearby café where i received a discount i found this tip very helpful as the coffee and pastries were excellent
the window seemed possibly painted shut as it wouldn't open i would have liked some fresh air

i found the hotel to be situated in a safe neighborhood i liked that two underground stations were conveniently close i could easily walk to these stations , made exploring the area simple and efficient

cozy and clean stay
great location cute staff
i found the location accessible , perfect for exploring nearby pubs and shops. the staff welcomed me warmly , ensuring communication was always clear and helpful. i especially appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel , it was really well maintained.
the absence of an elevator presented some difficulty , especially when navigating the stairs with luggage. i stayed on a higher floor , and this became quite inconvenient throughout my visit.

modern room convenient location friendly staff
The room was very clean and modern. The location is convenient to Victoria Station. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions, I also appreciated the quick check-in process. It was a good, central spot.
The room size was a bit small. It was difficult to maneuver with luggage. The bathroom had limited counter space, I could not place all my toiletries comfortably.

blocked shower drain poor management
The shower drain was blocked. The bathroom flooded. Management basically told me to deal with it since it was only one night. This is not how a hotel should handle a problem, no matter how short the stay. I expect better service, especially given the price I payed.
